4 Cape Central High School students named to All-State Choir
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) - Nineteen Cape Central High School students participated in the 2012 All-District Choir last week at Jackson High School and several auditioned for the prestigious 2013 Missouri All-State Choir.
Three CHS students were selected to the choir, as well as one alternate, pictured above with Director of Vocal Music Mr. Jordan Cox, left. They are Leandra Decatoria, Matt Flanagan, Lexy Meyer (alternate), and Rachel Diamond.
The students will travel to Tan-Tar-A Resort at Osage Beach, MO, Jan. 23-26 to rehearse and perform under the direction of Joshua Habermann, director of the Dallas Symphony Chorus.
