According to Director of Operations and Heartland Holidays producer Mike Wunderlich, the special will feature a wide range of holiday music including traditional and religious.
"We've been producing Heartland Holidays for many years. It's actually become a tradition around the station that we all look forward to," said Wunderlich. "We think this is a great way to show our viewers how much talent there is in the Heartland. Plus, we feel it's a good way to get into the spirit of Christmas. This year we really have some great sounding groups."
We've also posted excerpts from the last 20+ years of Heartland Holidays online. If you've been in one of the episodes, or just enjoyed watching them through the years, you'll want to take a trip down memory lane and re-live some of the music of past seasons.
