JACKSON, MO (KFVS) - Safe Harbor Animal Sanctuary will have a Black Friday special.
On Friday Nov. 23, adoption fees for black cats will be reduced to $35 and black dogs will be reduced to $85.
You can visit the sanctuary between 8 a.m. and 12 a.m. or 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. that day or the Safe Harbor Thrift Store 10 am to 3 pm.
