2 longtime city of Cape Girardeau employees honored
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) - Cape Girardeau Mayor Harry Rediger presented Police Chief Carl Kinnison with a retirement plaque at the city council meeting Monday.
Kinnison is retiring this month after 33 years on the job. He was chief of police for nearly seven years.
The mayor also recognized Jim Baylor, wastewater treatment interim coordinator and chief operator. Baylor is also retiring after 34 years.
