Upcoming beauty pageants in Cape Girardeau | Community Spirit

CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) - There will be two upcoming beauty pageants in Cape Girardeau.

A beauty pageant  on Oct. 14 at Jefferson Elementary in Cape Girardeau will benefit the Humane Society. There is a $50 entry for babies up to the Miss Division.

Registration begins at 1 p.m. on Oct. 14. The pageant begins at 2 p.m. You can bring a donation for the Humane Society to pick a prize at the prize table. Contact Melonie Reed at meloniereed@gmail.com or 573-986-8079 for more information.

Another beauty pageant on Nov. 25 at Jefferson Elementary in Cape Girardeau will benefit Toys for Tots.

The entry fee is a $10 toy. The pageant is for babies up to the Miss Division. Organizers say Santa Claus will make an appearance.

Registration is at 1 p.m. and the pageant begins at 2 p.m.
