More than $10,000 in prizes was given away, including: cash; Sikeston Bootheel Rodeo package; SEMO District Fair tickets; a recliner; gifts certificates for movie passes, as well as area restaurants and businesses; newspaper subscriptions; beer; water and Easter candy.
A barbeque dinner was served by Cook’s Catering. Prizes were awarded for the most creative and prettiest Easter Egg Baskets. A silent and oral auction was followed by music and dancing to Charley’s Music Revue.
