3 arrested in Cape Girardeau after police say they fought over a cat | Crime
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) - Three Cape Girardeau residents were charged with peace disturbance Sunday after police say they were fighting over a cat.
Dante Criddle, 20, D'Seante Hollis, 17, and Christopher Criddle, 18, all from Cape Girardeau, were charged with misdemeanor peace disturbance and each have a $1,000 bond.
According to Darin Hickey with the Cape Girardeau Police Department, officers responded to a home in the 500 block of Hanover Sunday around 6:25 p.m. for a possible disturbance. When they arrived they found three men fighting with each other. They say it started with two of them were fighting over a cat.
Hickey says one of the men has a knife in his hand when the officers arrived and another man had a minor cut to his chest. According to Hickey, he was treated by medical personnel, but refused any other treatment.
