2 arrested in Illinois after boat reported stolen in Cape Girardeau | Crime
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) - Cape Girardeau police received a report Wednesday around 10:50 p.m. from someone stating his boat was stolen.
The person says he chained his boat trailer up Wednesday afternoon and returned home around 10:30 p.m. to find the boat gone but the trailer still there.
Police received a call from a Union County, Ill. deputy saying he made a vehicle stop in Illinois with the boat in the bed of the truck. Two people were arrested.
