CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) - Emergency response personnel from across the region are at the Cape Rock water treatment plant Wednesday for a chemical contamination exercise.
Hazmat crews from Cape Girardeau, Sikeston, and Jackson took part in a chlorine leak simulation.
Crews try to take part in the training every few months.
