Yoga classes at the Osage Center | Events

CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) - Yoga classes are available at the Osage Center on Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

The class is for men and women. Some mats will be available, but participants are asked to bring their own mats and strap.

Manager Heather Davis said straps can be as simple as an old neck tie or belt and everyone gets their first class free.

Punch cards for 12 sessions are available for $36 or you can pay $3.50 a day.
