Troopers: Jackson woman injured in DWI crash near Delta | News
DELTA, MO (KFVS)- Troopers say a Jackson, Mo. woman was injured Sunday morning in a DWI crash near Delta.
It happened around 10 a.m. on County Road 244, three miles north of Delta.
Troopers say a car driven by Beverly L. Glover, 57, of Jackson, ran off the left side of the road and hit an embankment.
Glover was taken by EMS to a Cape Girardeau hospital with serious injuries.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, Glover was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving. Glover was released by troopers for medical care.
She was wearing a seat belt, troopers say.
