Rain not affecting Highway 61 Yard Sale
News

JACKSON, MO (KFVS)- Rain is not keeping bargain hunters away from the Highway 61 Yard Sale.

Missouri Highway Patrol says they have not had any incidents with any injured pedestrians and little to no accidents reported.

Vendors say that the rains have not affected sales and there are as many people out this year as last year.

The 61 Yard Sale runs from August 30 through September 1.

It runs over 100 miles, starting in Jackson, Mo. and ending in Bloomsdale, Mo.

Last year, organizers say there were more than 300 yard sales and shoppers from all over the country.
