Southeast Volleyball player awarded | News
The Ohio Valley Conference Offensive Player of the Week is Southeast Missouri State Redshirt Freshman Volleyball player Taylor Masterson.
It's the first time in three years a SEMO athlete has won such an award since Emily Hughes in 2009.
Masterson earned the title after tallying a career-high 12 kills twice last week.
She posted those kills against Southern Illinois and Kent State which helped the Redhawks to the Butler Invitational Title.
Redhawks volleyball begins regular OVC play this weekend.
Southeast travels to Eastern Illinois on Friday and SIUE on Saturday.
