CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS)- Several Ameren customers are without power after heavy rain swept through the Heartland Wednesday afternoon.
Ameren Missouri reports 352 customers without power in Cape Girardeau County as of 9 p.m.
Ameren Illinois reports seven outages in Jefferson County and one outage in Johnson County as of 9 p.m.
