CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS)- A
driver in Cape Girardeau was cited after her car hit a utility pole Sunday
morning.
According to Cape Girardeau
police, around 10 a.m. a driver was traveling south on Sprigg Street when she lost control of her car before hitting a pole.
The driver was cited for
failure to maintain lane usage.
Nobody was injured in the
wreck.
It did close down North Sprigg between Themis and Independence for a
couple hours.
Ameren electric was at the
scene and was taking down the pole.
Police say there were no power
outage concerns.
