Cape Girardeau police investigate pharmacy break-in | News

CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS)- An investigation is underway into another break-in at Cape Girardeau's Medicap Pharmacy on Kingshighway.

Cape Girardeau Police say someone broke into the pharmacy at 1020 N. Kingshighway around 10:15 p.m. Saturday.

Police found a broken window in the front of the business.

Police say it appears medications were taken from the pharmacy. What type and the amount of medicine are under investigation.

A police report indicates someone broke in through a window over the weekend and stole medication.

No one is in custody.

The pharmacy has been broken into quite a few times over the past few years.

The last reported crime at the pharmacy was an attempted break-in about six months ago.
