Opening date announced for Cape Girardeau casino | News
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS)- Isle of Capri has announced it will open the new casino in Cape Girardeau on October 30.
The casino is set to open at 10:30 a.m. on Oct. 30 when the property officially opens to the public, pending receipt of applicable regulatory approvals.
The $135 million facility will feature 1,000 slot machines, 28 table games, five restaurants including Farmers Pick Buffet®, Farraddays®, Lone Wolf®, Lone Wolf® Express and Keller's℠, as well as a 750-seat multi-purpose room, according to Isle of Capri.
The Cape Girardeau location will be the sixteenth casino operated in the US by Isle of Capri.
The casino is creating more than 450 new jobs.
