CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS)- The city of Cape Girardeau wants your opinion about a possible change to the city's liquor ordnance.
The proposed change would restrict when people under the age of 21 could be in any business earning 35 percent or more of its annual gross sales from alcohol.
The concern for restricting underage patrons means taking away designated drivers and revenue from local businesses.
The city is set to make a final decision November 5.
You can voice your opinion by taking the survey on the city's website.
