SEMO Quarterback Scott Lathrop named to Rice Award List | News
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS)- Southeast Missouri State Quarterback Scott Lathrop has been added to the Sports Networks Jerry Rice Awards List.
The Rice Award is given to the Freshman of the year in the Football Championship Subdivision.
Lathrop has started every game this season for Southeast Missouri State rushing for over 600-yards and scoring 6-touchdowns.
