Man charged with 1980 rape in Cape Girardeau | News
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS)- Prosecutors
have charged a man with a rape that allegedly happened 32-years ago.
According to the Cape Girardeau County prosecutor's office, Daryl
K. Davis was charged this week with forcible rape stemming from an incident
that happened in 1980.
A warrant was issued for his arrest.
Davis is expected to be in court next week.
