Owners: Oak Ridge Market closing doors due to economy
News
Owners Vaughn and Marsha Hinkebein say they are closing due to the economy.

OAK RIDGE, MO (KFVS)- Oak Ridge Market closing after almost seven years. Owners Vaughn and Marsha Hinkebein say it's due to the economy.

Owners also say that the people of the community and the experiences are unforgettable.

"This was a great place to be a part of. These people were family to us," said Marsha Hinkebein.

Customers say it's a shock to the little town.

It's the only market in Oak Ridge, so people will have to go to other communities for goods.

The owners say they have to lay off over half a dozen people and find jobs for themselves.
