Cape Girardeau Blockbuster store is closing | News
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS)- Cape Girardeau's Blockbuster store is closing.
A corporate spokesperson says the store will stop renting movies and video games Saturday, then get ready for a liquidation sale starting the following Monday.
Corporate says the store is closing simply because it hasn't been making enough money.
This makes at least the fourth Cape Girardeau business to announce a shut-down since the new year began.
the other three being Buckner Brewing Company, Ragsdale's Pub, and Pop's Pizza.
