Jacque Waller has been missing since June 2011.

ALEXANDER COUNTY, IL (KFVS)- More than 20 months later, search crews spent their Saturday looking for Jacque Waller.

Crews spent weeks organizing the effort in Alexander County, in the Devil's Island area.

Several agencies were involved in this search including the Cape Girardeau Fire Department, the Little Egypt Rescue team, several K-9 teams, and many other volunteers.

Landowners in the area also played a big part in giving searchers access to the area.

They searched by land, and in the water.

She was not located on Saturday, but crews refuse to give up hope that her body will be found.

Jacque Waller disappeared on June 1, 2011.

Meanwhile, Jacque Waller's estranged husband Clay Waller remains behind bars.

He's charged with first degree murder in connection with Jacque Waller's disappearance.

Clay Waller will stand trial in September.
